9fc39ae321 Metal: Use retained references; shared pixel format code
Most important is a fix for an occasional crash due to a use-after-free
bug.

A number of API availability declarations were updated to include tvOS.

The code is now simplified and generic for all platforms, which makes
way for future tvOS support.

cc86322d8d Increase the project manager's default window size
This makes the project manager feel less cramped when many
projects are imported, or when browsing templates in the asset library.

On displays smaller than 1152x800 (e.g. 1366x768), window height is
automatically limited by DisplayServer when setting the window size.

This also tweaks splash screen size when starting the project manager
to match the project manager's default window size, and allows the
`--resolution` and `--position` CLI arguments to affect the project
manager.

Lastly, this increases the minimum width slightly to prevent the UI
from being cut off with the default theme.

e9eb0b6082 Implemented tools around particles seed randomization.
The purpose of this code is to expose the necessary
functions for users and engine devs to develop tooling
for properly timing and seeking inside particles.

77ddaaaa91 Fix AgX sigmoid contrast curve approximation
This changes the polynomial function so that a lower input always results in a lower output and vice-versa. Additionally, the new function returns a value that is much closer to 1.0 when given an input of 1.0.

3a6bfcb714 Implemented drag-and-drop logic for previewing themes
Dragging valid theme files (.tscn files with a Control node at the top)
from the filesystem region over to the ThemeEditor will preview the
theme in question in a new preview tab
