## Import Script ## Import Script
Creating a script to parse the imported scene is actually really simple. This is great for post processing, changing materials, doing funny stuff with the geometry, etc.
Create a script that basically looks like this:
```python
tool #needed so it runs in editor
extends EditorScenePostImport
func post_import(scene):
#do your stuff here
pass # scene contains the imported scene starting from the root node
```
The post_import function takes the imported scene as parameter (the paramenter is actually the root node of the scene).
