Texture region now updates when changing an Atlas

- Removed atlas_changed signal for AtlasTexture
- Changes are now handled by _notify_change
- Removed unneccesary signal connections
- Texture preview now updates in real-time

Fixed TextureRegionEditor constantly regenerating
