Rename hint_tooltip to tooltip_text & setget

Browse Source 
`hint_tooltip` -> `tooltip_text`
`set_tooltip` -> `set_tooltip_text`
`_get_tooltip` -> `get_tooltip_text`

Updates documentation, too.
