Implement input focus behavior in HTML5

- Key and mouse events are only consumed if canvas is focused
 - NOTIFICATION_WM_MOUSE_ENTER, _MOUSE_EXIT, _FOCUS_IN and _FOCUS_OUT are
   emitted
