Add String.is_valid_unicode_identifier()

- Adds `is_valid_unicode_identifier()`
- Adds `is_valid_ascii_identifier()`
- Deprecates `is_valid_identifier()`
- Renames `validate_identifier()` to `validate_ascii_identifier()`
