Make 'Export PCK/ZIP' work well with EditorExportPlugin

Add debug flag to the 'Export PCK/ZIP' option
Make 'Export PCK/ZIP' notify when the export process begins. This is necessary to receive the 'EditorExportPlugin::_export_begin' callback
